Controller Salary:
$165,000 - $180,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller Lead accounting team and oversee financial reporting activities. Manage cost accounting, inventory tracking, reconciliations, and cost allocations. Analyze financial and operational results, including forecasting and variance analysis. Partner with operations leadership on budgeting, planning, and business initiatives. Develop and enhance ERP reporting, dashboards, and financial analytics. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Qualifications for the Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or another inventory-intensive industry. Strong inventory accounting and inventory reconciliation experience. Cost accounting experience including allocations, forecasting, and cost analysis. Experience leading and developing accounting staff.
