Analyze. Improve. Scale. Are you the person who sees problems others miss? Do you naturally create structure, improve processes, and ensure things are done correctly the first time? Are you driven by accuracy, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement? We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee the Finance & Insurance operations for two automotive dealerships in California. This role is ideal for a highly analytical leader who enjoys building systems, developing people, improving performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This is not simply a production-focused F&I role. We are looking for a strategic leader who can establish consistent processes, develop high-performing teams, strengthen compliance, improve funding efficiency, and drive long-term profitability across multiple locations. What You'll Do Lead and support Finance Managers across two dealership locations Ensure compliance with all lender, dealership, state, and federal regulations Monitor funding performance, contracts in transit, chargebacks, and profitability Build and improve finance processes that increase efficiency and reduce risk Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Develop, coach, and mentor finance personnel Maintain strong lender relationships Partner with dealership leadership to improve operational performance Create accountability through reporting, audits, and performance management What We're Looking For Proven automotive F&I leadership experience Multi-store experience preferred Ford dealership or Ford brand experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of dealership finance operations Exceptional attention to detail Analytical and data-driven decision maker Process-oriented leader who thrives on organization and structure Strong compliance mindset Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to lead through accountability and consistency Why Join Us?
