Controller Ledgent Finance & Accounting - 4.0 Fremont, CA Job Details Full-time $240,000 - $290,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Internal controls Business intelligence tools Bachelor's degree Audit support Full Job Description Controller-Manufacturing Position Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently seeking a skilled Controller to join a leading technology-enabled supply chain and manufacturing operations organization. This role is based 100% onsite in Fremont, CA. The Controller will oversee accounting operations and financial reporting, working closely with the CFO, operations, FP&A, and executive leadership in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. This position is perfect for a hands-on financial leader with a passion for developing scalable accounting processes. Responsibilities Oversee all core accounting functions, including general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, AP/AR, and month-end close. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of
U.S. GAAP
financial statements and management reporting. Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and standardized procedures. Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors. Partner with FP&A and operations to support budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and margin improvement. Drive ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, and accounting process automation. Support treasury activities, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing accounting team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred. 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and multi-site manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments. Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, internal controls, and audit management. Hands-on ERP experience; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI/reporting tools. Collaborative, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation $240,000-$290,000 annually Benefits Competitive benefits package, details provided upon inquiry.
