Controller

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the company's accounting function. Reporting to the divisional CFO, the Controller will oversee a team of 10+. This role will ensure the integrity of financial statements, support strategic decision-making, and lead the finance team in maintaining best-in-class accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including consolidated financial statements for multiple entities. Manage private equity reporting and investor reporting Assist the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team. Implement and maintain financial controls and operational efficiencies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree a plus. CPA preferred Public accounting experience preferred Private Equity-backed company experience preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. Experience leading the monthly close process Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Compensation:

$175K - $205K +

Bonus Compensation:

$205,000 per year
