Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Duties
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including budget preparation and analysis.
  • Oversee monthly closing of all hotel entities.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide insights on financial concepts to assist in strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial statements to senior management.
  • Assist with tax return preparation. Skills
  • Must have 5 years of Controller experience.
  • Must be well-versed in M3 Accounting Core.
  • Proficiency in financial management principles.
  • Experience in public accounting and corporate accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and analysis techniques.
  • Detail-oriented.
