Oak Valley Hospital District is currently seeking a dynamic Controller for our Finance department who will embrace our mission, vision, and values. The Controller position is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. This position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Controller also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts payable, and payroll. Job Requirements Experience in a healthcare facility or hospital is strongly prefered Bachelor's degree is required CPA is strongly preferred Master's degree in a business, financial or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in managing an accounting function in a medium- or large-size company Strong Excel experience
