Controller Salary:

Controller:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger and financial reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare financial statements and provide insights to leadership
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
