Job Description
Job Summary A growth-oriented advanced manufacturing organization in Riverside, CA is seeking an experienced Controller for a high-impact direct hire opportunity. This senior finance leadership role will oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple domestic and international business units in a complex, project-based manufacturing environment. The Controller will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in financial reporting, GAAP compliance, government contract accounting, ERP modernization, strategic planning, and operational improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and financial operations across multiple entities, including U.S. and international business units.
- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
- Oversee GAAP compliance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, percentage-of-completion accounting, and government contract accounting requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash management, treasury, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking relationships.
- Monitor project accounting, job costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls within a manufacturing environment.
- Support ERP optimization, system integration initiatives, audit coordination, tax compliance, and strategic business planning. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 per year.
