Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee our administration departments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing personnel and departments .The Controller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing department as well as providing CFO and President with financial and analytical support. Responsibilities Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and HR department Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation to support decision-making. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Provide training and mentorship to the department personnel to enhance their skills and performance. Experience Prior experience is required Proven experience in accounting role. Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles and technical accounting practices. Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
