Description We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support leadership with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and working closely with a collaborative leadership team.

$80,000-$135,000 DOE Key Responsibilities + Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise a team across AP, AR, billing, and payroll-related functions + Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and account analyses + Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting + Support multi-entity financial reporting and standardized reporting processes + Develop, improve, and document accounting policies and procedures + Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with reporting standards + Partner with leadership on financial planning, operational analysis, and decision support + Assist with system improvements and ERP transition initiatives + Coordinate with external accounting and audit partners as needed Qualifications + Construction industry accounting experience required + Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and senior-level accounting responsibilities + Experience with multi-entity financial reporting + Ability to create structure, improve processes, and work in a hands-on environment + ERP system experience required + Bachelor's degree highly preferred, but not required If you are interested in learning more, please apply today or contact our team directly.
