Part-time, Full-time Overview:

We are a regional CPA firm seeking an experienced Controller to provide financial leadership and strategic support to our not-for-profit clients. This role partners closely with client leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, and operational success in alignment with each organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple clients Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls Advise leadership on financial strategy, risks, and opportunities Present financial insights to clients, boards, and stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to business development Manage, mentor, and oversee accounting staff and project execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required 7+ years of public accounting experience; not-for-profit experience preferred Strong financial analysis, reporting, and compliance knowledge Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships

$175,000.00
