Hi Pro, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Controller to lead the financial accounting, analysis, reporting, and cost management of our transportation and logistics operations. What You'll Do As the Operations Controller, you will oversee operational accounting, fleet-related financial reporting, lease accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis while leading key finance functions and personnel.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Lead accounting and financial reporting for transportation and logistics operations. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities. Oversee fleet accounting, vehicle costs, leases, insurance, maintenance, and accident-related financial reporting. Develop cost models, profitability reporting, operational KPIs, and executive dashboards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash planning initiatives for fleet. Provide leadership and oversight of Accounts Payable and Fleet Asset positions. Identify cost savings opportunities and improve operational profitability. Establish and maintain strong financial controls, audit readiness, and process improvements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Seven or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, financial close processes, fixed assets, and internal controls. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities. Experience managing large transaction volumes and complex accounting processes. Preferred Qualifications Logistics, transportation, trucking, fleet, or freight industry experience. Experience with lease accounting and right-of-use (ROU) assets. $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
