Responsibilities Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with the company's business objectives. Lead the finance team in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards and legislation. Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic initiatives and establish financial policies and procedures. Play a key role in capital structure management, financial risk management, and treasury. Qualifications Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; preferably an MBA or relevant graduate degree. Minimum of 7 years of experience within Finance; preferably in the casino, hospitality, or resort industry. Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
