Description Controller (Contract - 9 Months) Boulder, CO (Onsite / Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Controller for a 9‑month project with a manufacturing organization based in Boulder. This role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls, with a strong emphasis on SAP and manufacturing cost accounting. Key Responsibilities + Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and fixed assets + Lead month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements + Manage and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports + Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard cost variances + Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control requirements + Utilize SAP for financial reporting, analysis, and transactional oversight + Partner with operations and plant leadership to support cost control and financial decision‑making + Support audits and provide detailed financial documentation + Identify process improvements and system efficiencies Qualifications + 10+ years of progressive accounting experience + Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience required + Manufacturing industry experience required + Hands‑on SAP experience required + Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management + Experience supporting audits and complex close processes + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required + CPA strongly preferred Details + Contract length: 9 months +
