Qualifications Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and at least ten (10) years experience required or Master's degree with at least seven (7) years experience required. Masters degree in business administration preferred. At least five years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment or technology services company.Key Skills & Competencies:
US citizenship required. Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract required. Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included). Valid State Driver's License and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and standards, such as GAAP, IFRS, and SOX. Proficient in financial software, systems, and tools, such as ERP, CRM, and BI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external contacts; must be a strong and effective communicator. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks and projects. Ability to think strategically, creatively, and innovatively. High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a highly productive team. Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department. BI Incorporated Responsibilities Summary The Vice President of Finance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. Provides strategic guidance and analysis to the Executive Vice President of Finance on financial matters and business decisions. Key Responsibilities The Vice President of Finance plans, directs, and coordinates the financial activities of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial statements and reports, in accordance with GAAP and relevant regulations. Develops reporting metrics and KPIs consistent with the business to evaluate for improvements and efficiencies. The Vice President of Finance works with operations team to analyze ROI for new products and investments. Engages in pricing of all customer contracts to ensure revenue and operating margin targets are achievable, and that all capex requirements are properly assessed and accounted for as part of financial assumptions. Oversees the accounting function including review of monthly close, audits, reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Develops and implements financial policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Performs other duties as assigned.Similar remote jobs
