Controller Compensation:

$102k•$153k, depending on experience

Location:

Denver, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Oversee financial data requests and audits Ensure compliance with fiscal rules and procedures Manage accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems Direct financial services team in finance programs Develop audit standards and processes Review and approve financial transactions Develop and maintain travel program policies Supervise financial services team and conduct evaluations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Six years of progressive leadership and staff management Experience in finance policy development and contract management Strong customer service focus and leadership skills Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Master's degree in business or finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license Experience with State of Colorado fiscal rules Familiarity with State accounting and procurement systems
