full-time Remote Controller LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading non-profit organization to fill their open Remote Controller job. This is a

TEMPORARY

job opportunity that is expected to last 3-5 months. You will work remotely using company-provided equipment. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role and you must have recent experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will earn between $50.00 and $57.00 per hour in this position. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing full-cycle accounts payable
• Processing full-cycle accounts receivable
• Processing full-cycle payroll
• Managing month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Analyzing month over month variances
• Supervising and coaching the accounting team
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures
• Preparing for audits
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in a management/supervisory role
• Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Previous experience in a non-profit organization
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $50.00 and $57.00
