Controller Salary:
$135,000 – $150,000 base + strong benefits

  • High energy industry Key Responsibilities for the
Controller:
  • Lead month-end close and ensure accurate, timely consolidated financial reporting
  • Oversee cash management and maintain strong liquidity across entities
  • Manage audit processes, banking relationships, and compliance/covenant reporting
  • Drive integration and standardization across merged entities and ERP systems
  • Lead and develop accounting team, including AP/AR and operations finance support
  • Identify discrepancies, resolve misallocations, and improve financial processes Qualifications for the
Controller:
  • 7+ years of accounting experience within distribution or manufacturing
  • Proven success with month-end close, audits, and multi-entity environments
  • Experience working with ERP systems in high-volume settings
