• $60•75/hr (doe) | Temp to Possible Perm | Hybrid (1-2 days in office) Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Controller.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where your expertise will directly influence operational success, financial performance, and future growth initiatives. Summary We are seeking a Hands-On Financial Controller to lead daily accounting operations, monthly close activities, and financial reporting. This role manages the full accounting cycle—AP/AR, cash management, reconciliations, and process improvement—while partnering with global teams and supporting cross-departmental needs. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations: AR/AP, cash disbursements, cash forecasting, reconciliations, and invoice processing.

Manage monthly close:

accruals, inventory/costing adjustments, depreciation, intercompany reconciliations, and tax-related entries. Improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Provide ad-hoc financial and analytical support to the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle accounting and monthly closings. MS Office

• Advanced Excel skills and accounting ERP software Ability to work independently with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Hours
• 8am•4pm, Monday•Friday Location•Danbury, CT•must be in-office 1-2 days per week Pay rate•$ 60•$75 hr depending on experience 4-6 Month Temporary Assignment (possible to go perm)

Pay Details:
