RG0013409491Position OverviewA large and well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee financial operations at a high‑volume production facility. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost control while ensuring strong internal controls and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate brings a hands-on manufacturing finance background, strong cost accounting expertise, and the ability to support inventory-intensive operations in a dynamic plant environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary financial leader for the manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership on operational and financial decision‑makingOversee plant-level accounting, close processes, forecasting, and budgeting activitiesManage standard costing, cost variance analysis, labor and overhead absorption, and margin analysisLead inventory accounting and controls, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliationSupport inventory planning, stock builds, and excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory managementAnalyze production, inventory, and operational KPIs to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and GAAP requirementsCollaborate with supply chain, operations, and corporate finance teams on planning and performance initiativesAssist with audit support and internal/external reporting as requiredIf you meet these requirements and are interested in this great opportunity, please email your resume in confidence to Ryan Genua at Ryan.
