Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is seeking a Controller to join its finance leadership team. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for financial reporting, operational finance, process improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closeOwn financial reporting and statement accuracyOversee general ledger, reconciliations, and accrualsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reportingManage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance activitiesDrive process improvements and systems enhancementsMaintain strong internal controls and audit readinessPartner with operations and business leadersDevelop, mentor, and lead accounting staff
