Lead finance, accounting, HR, payroll, benefits, insurance, and risk management functions Develop monthly financial and operational reporting packages for Ownership and Leadership Build KPI dashboards and sales performance analytics to support compensation and growth initiatives Lead evaluation and implementation of a modern HR/Payroll platform and next-gen ERP/CRM systems Oversee accounting and reporting for affiliated real estate and development entities Manage corporate compliance, tax coordination, and relationships with outside advisors Qualifications for the
