About the Company National, project-based organization supporting large-scale technology deployments Experiencing steady growth with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects Opportunity to come in and help build out structure as the company continues to scale Responsibilities of the Controller Oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close Prepare financial statements and support leadership with reporting Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Track job costing, WIP, and project profitability Improve processes and strengthen internal controls 5+ years of accounting experience with leadership exposure Background in construction, project-based, or IT services environments CPA (or pursuing) is a plus Strong ERP systems and Excel skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
