Essential Job Duties Lead the Firm's accounting function, including GL management, month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and external audits. Oversee accounting operations across domestic and international offices, ensuring consistency, integration, and adherence to global accounting standards. Lead a team of direct reports locally and globally and develop the Accounting team while driving operational excellence, process improvements, and organizational accountability. Serve as the accounting lead for strategic initiatives, including ERP systems, technology implementations, automation, AI adoption, and cross-functional process redesign projects. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial information through robust internal controls, compliance protocols, and accounting oversight. Manage treasury and banking activities, including cash forecasting, bank relationships, account administration, and liquidity monitoring.
