JPMorganChase's Firmwide Financial Control team offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of financial integrity and innovation, partnering with teams across EMEA, North America, and Asia. This is your chance to grow your career while driving meaningful change through automation and advanced analytics. As a Financial Control Associate within the Firmwide Financial Control team, you will partner with line of business controllers, product control, and external reporting teams to ensure the integrity of the Firm's reported financial results. You will perform balance sheet, revenue, expense, and NII yield analysis procedures while supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities across global operations. You will also leverage machine learning capabilities and automation tools to refine processes, enhance controls, and mobilize change across the organization. Job Responsibilities Collaborate closely with line of business controllers, financial control, product control, and external reporting teams on financial integrity initiatives Partner with Firmwide Financial Control teams globally to support cross-regional deliverables and priorities Support month end, quarter end, and year end activities as they relate to the Firm's balance sheet and income statement Perform various balance sheet, revenue, and expense analysis procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results Perform various NII yield analysis procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results Lead monthly yield calls with line of business controllers and financial control to review product-level yield results Support ad-hoc requests for financial information received from teams across the Firm Leverage machine learning capabilities such as statistical techniques to refine and strengthen processes Engage actively in projects and ad-hoc assignments that drive operational improvement Mobilize change and automation tools wherever possible in order to simplify processes and enhance controls Identify opportunities proactively to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and control effectiveness Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience of professional experience in finance, accounting or financial controls Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Alteryx Excellent interpersonal skills needed for working within a team environment as well as communicating across departments Ability to be effective in a global operating environment Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with counterparties and stakeholders
