Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. Qnity is seeking a high-performing Capital Markets Consultant to join our Treasury organization as a newly spun, standalone company. This role will be critical to managing and optimizing the company's capital structure in a standalone environment, with a particular emphasis on secured debt, covenant compliance, liquidity discipline, and external stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will bring strong capital markets and credit experience, a proactive mindset, and a reputation for ownership and reliability. This individual will work closely with senior leadership, lenders, rating agencies, legal counsel, and external advisors to support disciplined capital structure management and shareholder value creation. Key Responsibilities - How You'll Contribute + Serve as a key Treasury lead for ongoing capital structure and debt management, with a focus on secured facilities + Manage relationships with banking partners, lenders, and external advisors + Own and manage the company's Rating Agency relationships, including preparation of materials, ongoing communication, and support for annual reviews and surveillance + Monitor and oversee covenant compliance, reporting, and certification requirements across debt agreements + Support evaluation and execution of capital structure changes, including amendments and refinancing activities + Develop, maintain, and enhance free cash flow models to support capital allocation decisions, leverage analysis, and scenario planning + Support liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital analysis + Partner with Finance, Legal, and business teams on the credit and financial implications of strategic initiatives + Support interest rate risk management activities and related controls + Contribute to shareholder-value initiatives, including leverage targets and capital allocation analysis + Support financial close activities, lender reporting, and audit-related requests + Collaborate across Treasury and Finance on additional initiatives as assigned Experience & Qualifications - What You'll Bring + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (required) + 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Leveraged Finance + Hands-on experience managing existing debt structures, particularly secured and covenant-intensive facilities + Prior exposure to a high-yield or leveraged credit environment is a strong plus + Strong understanding of capital structures, credit agreements, and covenant mechanics + Experience reviewing and working with legal and financing documentation + Excellent analytical, quantitative, and writing skills + Clear, confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior leadership, lenders, and rating agencies + Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Other Attributes + Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline + Proactive, intellectually curious, and sound in judgment + Comfortable operating in a covenant-driven, post-spin environment + Strong sense of ownership and accountability + Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented \#LI-LH1 \#LI-Hybrid Join our Talent Community (https://careers.qnityelectronics.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity) to stay connected with us!
