Controller:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes.
- Ensure GAAP compliance, revenue recognition accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Oversee tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Manage reconciliations, transaction integrity, and financial accuracy across the organization.
- Oversee billing, collections, chargebacks, and revenue-related processes.
- Lead and develop the accounting team while driving process improvement initiatives.
Controller:
- Must be open to an in office schedule 5 days/week from 9-6pm
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including Controller-level leadership.
- Strong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, audits, and revenue recognition.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
