Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Reconcile marketplace sales, payments, fees, and refunds. Oversee inventory accounting, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory valuation. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance. Review transactions from automated systems integrated with QuickBooks. Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls. Provide financial analysis and reporting to company management. Coordinate with external accountants and tax professionals.
