Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including audit coordination and compliance Oversee construction accounting activities, including WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, retainage, and project financial reporting Manage fixed asset and equipment accounting, depreciation schedules, and cost allocations Partner with executive leadership to improve financial processes and provide operational insights Serve as the accounting lead for ERP selection, implementation, and ongoing system optimization Develop and strengthen internal controls, reporting processes, and accounting procedures Qualifications for the
