The company is currently seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an accounting professional who understands the financial complexities of a manufacturing and/or distribution environment , particularly as they relate to cost accounting, inventory, margins, and operational financial controls . As Controller, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and providing leadership with clear visibility into the financial performance of the organization. Key responsibilities, among others: Lead month-end close and financial reporting. Oversee cost accounting, COGS, and product costing. Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and controls. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning. Maintain internal controls and support audits.
