As the Financial Controller, you will lead accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management for a pediatric healthcare practice. You will oversee general ledger, AP/AR, month-end close, and internal controls while partnering with billing and leadership to monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow. You will manage QuickBooks Online Advanced, coordinate with external accountants and auditors, and supervise accounting staff to support accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cash-flow reports, and budget-to-actual comparisons. Manage and optimize accounting systems, including QuickBooks Online Advanced. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support leadership decision-making. Design and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention. Partner with billing and revenue-cycle teams to reconcile collections, adjustments, and outstanding receivables. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions. Supervise accounting staff, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.
