7/23/2026 Controller | Full time | 5 - 10 years of experience | From $145,000 per year We're seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to help lead our accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Lead the monthly close process and prepare financial reports. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Support the annual audit and maintain strong internal controls. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. Partner with leaders across the organization to provide financial guidance. Mentor and support members of the accounting team. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate accounting. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close. Leadership experience and excellent analytical and communication skills.
