The Controller is a critical finance leader responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and driving a disciplined, scalable close and control environment. This role will partner closely with FP&A, operations, revenue cycle, and executive leadership to deliver timely, accurate financial information and insights. The Controller will also play a key role in strengthening internal controls, supporting audits, and building a high-performing accounting organization capable of scaling with the business.WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This role is foundational to ensuring financial integrity, enabling strategic decision-making, and supporting scalable growth. The Controller will serve as a key partner to the CFO and leadership team in driving operational and financial excellence across the organization.QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or highly regulated industries Strong knowledge ofU.S. GAAP
Experience managing audits and complex close processesPreferred:
Experience in private equity-backed organizations Familiarity with pharmacy revenue models and reimbursement complexity ERP system experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage) Experience building or transforming accounting functionsPHYSICAL DEMANDS

Paid holidays are provided annually, with 6 days offered each year, along with 5 sick days. Employees earn up to 10 PTO days each year, with rollover options and milestone bonuses. Employees have the option to cash out up to 10 PTO hours each quarter for added financial flexibility. Please note, because we are a pharmacy most of our locations are open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and therefore schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.BENEFITS
