Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles. This role requires a proactive individual. The Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. Pay will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Supervise payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits. Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment. Utilize accounting software for efficient financial management Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles required. Excellent technical accounting skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data. Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
