Job Description:
Are you an A&D finance leader who loves building from scratch? If you're tired of maintaining rigid, legacy systems built decades ago and want to architect a modern, fully compliant government contracting finance infrastructure, this is your greenfield opportunity. This is a high-growth technology innovator delivering cutting-edge solutions to defense and commercial sectors. They are expanding rapidly, and need a Senior Director of FP&A & Program Finance to serve as the master architect of the financial ecosystem.
What You'll Own The Blueprint:
Build our Program Finance infrastructure from scratch-establishing contract structures (WBS, CLINs), Estimate at Completion (EAC/ETC) models, and standardized performance dashboards.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
