Job Overview We are seeking a part time Finance Director to lead our financial operations and ensure the organization's financial efficiency and integrity. We are a non-profit organization with an employee base of under 20. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, payroll and tax reporting.. This role requires an understanding of accounting systems, Quickbooks financial software, and financial reporting processes to maintain accurate and compliant financial records. Duties Manage accounting systems to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions. Utilize Quick Books financial software to maintain up-to-date financial records and streamline reporting processes. Prepare and present monthly financial reports. Prepare payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to non-profit standards and internal policies related to finance and accounting. Skills Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software, particularly QuickBooks. Strong knowledge of payroll management and tax reporting procedures. Experience in preparing detailed financial reports. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work activities.
