Lead and oversee all day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial management as the firm scales Design, implement, and automate systems to streamline high-volume processes and support scaling of office network Own, review, and update SOPs and internal controls across finance, directly impacting audit-readiness, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency Partner with firm leadership to forecast, budget, and support growth strategy (headcount expansion) Qualifications of the
