Job Description
Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close. Manage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, WIP, and variance analysis. Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Monitor production costs, profitability, and operational performance. Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness. Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 7+ years of accounting experience, including manufacturing finance. Aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Pay:
$112,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:
