Full Time Job Duties:
Direct financial activities, such as planning, procurement, and investments for our organization. Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate our companys financial performance and overall health. Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and debt levels to assess the companys financial standing. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement or concern. Analyze trends in income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation. Evaluate and analyze various engine lease versus purchase options, considering factors such as total cost of ownership, depreciation, financing options, maintenance costs, and the impact on cash flow. Provide financial insights to support decision-making around capital expenditures. Assist in negotiations with leasing companies, suppliers, and financial institutions, providing necessary financial data and insights to support favorable terms.
Salary:
$134,576.00 per year.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Finance, or Financial Management or related.
