Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function of a fast-scaling healthcare company, offering leadership responsibilities, significant growth potential, and equity participation. This role reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical role in post-merger integration and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and financial reporting Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals Manage timely and accurate month-end close and financial reporting processes Establish internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Support M&A integration efforts and audit readiness Collaborate with CFO on strategic planning and execution Optimize ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP) for automation and data integrity Coordinate annual audits and support compliance for equity partners

Qualifications:
