Join a dynamic and growing Commercial Real Estate Company with a national footprint as our Controller. We manage a portfolio of office buildings across the U.S., and we're looking for a sharp, strategic financial expert to oversee and elevate our financial operations.About Us:

With a focus on value creation and long-term performance, we pride ourselves on strong investor relationships, meticulous asset management, and a collaborative team culture.What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, cash flow, financial reporting, and budgeting Manage a team of bookkeepers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive leadership, lenders and investors Collaborate with asset managers, leasing, and operations to align financial strategy with business goals Prepare for and manage audits and tax filings in partnership with external firms Implement financial systems and process improvements to support scaleWhat You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate (commercial/office preferred) Deep understanding of real estate financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and lease accounting Proficiency with property management/accounting software (Yardi) Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
