Job Description

Assistant Controller Ball Ground, GA (Fully onsite)
Salary Range:
$125,000 - $140,000 + 10% bonus

Assistant Controller:
Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue recognition, accruals, and fixed asset accounting. Support audits, tax compliance activities, and internal control initiatives. Drive process improvements and streamline accounting workflows across the organization. Provide oversight and support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and customer credit management. Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. ERP system experience required; advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, Power BI experience preferred. #
