Job Description

Join a dynamic team working with cutting-edge technology and solutions. We are seeking Industry Consultants who bring real-world construction finance expertise from roles such as Controller, CFO, or Senior Cost Accountant within large construction or engineering organizations and who have experience leveraging or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This position is designed for professionals eager to use their financial and operational insight to help clients modernize and streamline systems through technology-led transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on construction financial processes, systems, and best practices within the Dynamics 365 F&O framework.
  • Provide domain expertise on cost accounting, project financial controls, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
  • Partner with technical and functional teams to design and implement optimized financial workflows in Dynamics.
  • Support business case development and process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Translate complex financial challenges into actionable technology and process solutions.
  • Mentor delivery teams on construction accounting standards and control Qualifications
  • 10+ years in financial leadership roles within large construction or engineering organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (implementation or end-user).
  • Deep expertise in cost accounting, WIP, billing, and project-based financial management.
  • Proven experience driving operational improvements or ERP system implementations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
