$115,000-$130,000 annually.Position Overview:
This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for maintaining accurate accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and leading internal controls, reporting, and budgeting processes while mentoring an accounting team.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage GL, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, inventory, revenue recognition, and job costing.
- Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close and deliver GAAP-compliant reporting.
- Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Optimize ERP system (Sage Intacct) for reporting and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA/CMA preferred.
- 10+ years of accounting experience with leadership in construction, manufacturing, or services.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency (Sage Intacct), and process improvement track record.
- Skilled in job costing, long-term contracts, and financial analysis.
- Effective communicator and collaborative leader.
