Your new role Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll take ownership of core accounting, financial reporting, monthly close, controls, and accounting operations while partnering closely with operational leaders and the Project Controller. You'll play a key role in strengthening processes, improving financial visibility, and building the accounting infrastructure needed to support continued growth. What you'll need to succeed Strong controllership experience, a solid technical accounting foundation, and a track record of improving processes, reporting, and controls. Construction industry experience is highly valued, along with the ability to operate as a hands-on leader who can influence across both finance and operations.
