Job Description

A mid-market, multi-entity organization is hiring a senior finance leader to take ownership of enterprise liquidity, capital strategy, and global financial operations , while also partnering on tax strategy and growth initiatives. This role sits at the center of the business — working directly with executive leadership to drive financial flexibility, support expansion, and improve overall performance. What You'll Own Lead all aspects of enterprise liquidity, forecasting, and capital deployment Manage lending relationships, credit facilities, and financing strategy Drive initiatives to improve working capital and cash efficiency across the business Partner with internal and external stakeholders on global tax matters, including compliance and planning Support corporate development activity, including analysis, diligence, and post-close integration Build scalable processes and improve systems across treasury and related functions Lead and develop a team while serving as a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves operator What Stands Out About This Role Broad scope across capital strategy, tax, and growth initiatives (rare at this level) Highly visible role with direct interaction with executive leadership Opportunity to step into a function that is evolving and make a measurable impact Collaborative, low-ego culture with strong internal partnership across finance and operations Ideal Background 10+ years in corporate finance with a strong treasury foundation Experience working in environments with complex capital structures and banking relationships Experience working for companies with revenue between ~$400M - $1B Experience with tax at a practical / applied level (not purely advisory oversight) Involvement in acquisitions, integrations, or strategic finance initiatives Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically ? Full-time, onsite leadership role in Atlanta Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
