Plant Financial Controller

Plant Financial Controller Permanent Roswell GA 6 Degrees Group Our client is hiring for a Financial Controller in Roswell, GA (hybrid 3/2 schedule). This role supports a manufacturing business unit and plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and plant controllership activities. The ideal candidate will partner with operations leadership to drive cost efficiency, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the full P&L.

Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, and deliver financial reporting with key insights Develop forecasts and budgets across sales, plant costs, and SG&A Analyze variances, inventory, and plant performance to identify improvement opportunities Partner with leadership on pricing, cost savings initiatives, and process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of manufacturing accounting experience Prior plant controller experience with strong standard costing and inventory knowledge Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel skills Strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
