We run a fast-paced, high-volume operation where accuracy, speed, and accountability matter . We're looking for an Accounting Assistant to work directly with our Controller and help manage a collision-specific accounting system — including parts, job costing, and insurance receivables. What Makes This Role Different This is not traditional accounting . You'll learn how accounting connects to: Collision repair job costing Parts purchasing + inventory posting Insurance payments + supplements OEM procedures tied to repair operations We use CCC ONE (collision management system) — we'll train you — but you must be ready to learn automotive + OEM terminology and how it impacts financials.
