Job Description
Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. Its four medical centers - Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, Straub and Wilcox - specialize in innovative programs in women's health, pediatric care, cardiovascular services, cancer care, bone and joint services and more. Hawai'i Pacific Health is recognized nationally for its excellence in patient care and the use of electronic health records to improve quality and patient safety. The VP will provide strategic financial leadership for key programs, business ventures, and partnerships with significant organizational investment. And oversee financial planning, including setting business unit targets, managing resource allocation, and driving revenue growth and cost efficiency across assigned entities. You will collaborate with executive leadership on system-wide strategic planning and financial management, including development of capital and operating budgets. And also, lead initiatives to address evolving community needs and healthcare trends while supporting the organization's mission and goals. The VP will ensure operations deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid driver's license, abstract, and current Hawai'i auto insurance. Extensive managerial experience in Finance. The incumbent must also possess strong experience and knowledge in strategic planning and community relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
