Key Responsibilities:
As the Controller, you will be the financial mastermind of our organization, overseeing all aspects of our financial management. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide our strategic decision-making process. Working closely with our leadership team, you will provide financial insights and recommendations to help drive profitability and growth. Monitoring cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations will also be key aspects of your role. As the Controller, you will be the guardian of our financial health, ensuring that our financial systems and processes are efficient, accurate, and reliable.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. CPA certification is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, with previous experience as a Controller highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel. Manufacturing Background preferred
